Sonograms For those of you who have had them already this pregnancy, were they vaginal or regular and what week were you…

I haven't had it but it'll be vaginal.. Baby is too tiny for them to see through the tummy :)

My first one I got it around 8 weeks, my second one I got it about 8 weeks & this will be my 3rd.. :) good luck!

I haven't had mine yet either, first one on Saturday and I'll be 8w 3d. This is my third and I know that this early they are usually vaginal but the pictures ladies are posting on here look so vastly different, I was just wondering if maybe it was because they were getting then done differently.

With my first lo I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks and it was just a regular ultrasound

Got mine at 7+3 and it was vaginal, I think up until 9 weeks they are all vaginal but I'm not positive on that.

Regular at 7 weeks 4 days.

Haven't had one yet this pregnancy but my others always started regular but then the tech switched to vaginal just to get a more accurate reading. The baby is so small and so low in the pelvic area that vaginal is best early on.

I will have vaginal ultrasounds every 10-14 days until I'm 12 weeks. My first was 6 weeks and my second is Thursday. This is due to two previous miscarriages.

I had one Monday at 7 weeks 2 days and only had to have a tummy one.

8 weeks 4 days...started abdominal, but then did vaginal to see heart beat better and get better measurement.

I had a transvaginal ultrasound at six weeks exactly. Don't. Baby is too small and just creates unneeded worry. Next time it will be at least 8 weeks.

Regular 2 days ago. I'm carrying twins and you could see everything

I'm 7wk 2 days today and had a transvaginal they say it is more accurate

I had a vaginal and abdominal at 6w3d, and an abdominal at 7w0d and 7w6d :-)

I had my first at 4.5 weeks vaginal. Next one is this weekend which will be 6 weeks vaginal since it's still so early

Regular at 5wks 3days but thought I was more like 7wks from LMP. Had to drink a ton of water an hour before. Saw the sac/yolk & a heart beat :)

I was 6/6 and it was regular and it was clear as day(but I am slim). They wanted to do vaginal but I refused, after the last one I had caused me to bleed for 4 days I didn't want to take the risk while pregnant.

They told me when I made the appointment it would be vaginal, but my first appointment was scheduled when I was 6w 1d. They had to reschedule so now it will be tomorrow, 8w 2d. I'm hoping still vaginal so we can get a better look! :-)
