I used pink pad when I was ttc. That and those ovulation pee sticks (like pregnancy tests but for ovulating). Or you could go wild and just have sex every other day for a month straight ? we did that once too ??

Good luck!

Oh sorry - read that wrong then. I just read family planning and assumed you meant planning a family.

I do NFP. I track with ovulation strips. I use Pink Pad to record the data. Once you do it for awhile you'll learn to feel what's happening in your body, and it will help far more than any app. There is also a fantastic book you can read, I just can't think of it off the top of my head. When I remember I'll come back to this. Or hopefully someone else remembers.

FYI to anyone who doesn't know what NFP is...it's for preventing AND conceiving. You can use it solely for preventing or solely for conceiving or both. I used it to prevent for a few months after I got off BC, I used it to conceive my second son, and now I've been doing it for 18 months to prevent.

No app will truly be accurate, you just need to learn your own rhythm. I do use Pink Pad to journal it though.

We used this method and it only "failed" once, but my cycles were a bit irregular due to breastfeeding so I guess I ovulated earlobe than I thought.

I used Glow to track but I got really in tune with my body. I never temp'd but I can physically tell when my body ovulated. I would have a twinging pain on whatever side was releasing and very watery cm.

Check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It explains so much about what to look for and track. Best of luck!

Give yourself at least a few months after Nexplanon has been taken out (I've been on one myself and loved it).

Your libido will be back, and you will feel what's going on in your body better.

It took us a year of fairly relaxed trying before we conceived after Nexplanon. I used Ovulation Strips (you can buy like 50 for $10 on Amazon) in combination with PeriodTracker app (sometimes app predicted ovulation did not match what strips were showing, so I made adjustments).

Really did not do anything else but boink. :)
