nexplanon users
I'm on nexplanon had it put in Feb 26th. I had my first period March 18th it later 4 days. Then I started spotting and have everyday ever since . Did or does anyone have this problem? I'm to the point I'm prob going to need it out as I'm already anemic.
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Ladies im freaking out right now!! I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. I have a picture but I don't want to post it due to it being really gross. I have no idea what I'm looking at

Irregular bleeding is an extremely common side effect of progestin-only methods, unfortunately. You could see if you could take a combination pill to help stabilize the uterine lining. Or switch to a combination method completely.

Nexplanon can cause extremely irregular bleeding. I've gone several months straight being on my period. I love it regardless, but I don't think it's the best choice if you're anemic. :(
