Mommy's with the nexplanon. I have a question
@kelseychapman13, to make things a little better I got mines removed September 7th and I didn’t feel a thing. It only look 5 minutes
@damiensmommy1117, thank you so much you have eased my mind so much.
@kelseychapman13
I was terrified of it too.. I was dumb and looked up videos.. Just try to stay relaxed and don't watch them do it. They'll numb your arm first too so that helps!
@damiensmommy1117, I have been so scared to get it out because I have seen bad things about it and I am a baby with pain and needles so I don't want to see it or feel it so I hope it don't hurt.
@kelseychapman13
I'm not sure.. the lady who did it told me that method actually isn't legal in some states yet unfortunately.
@damiensmommy1117, I go to the health department do you think it would be the same as planned parenthood?
@kelseychapman13
I had it taken out two different ways. The first time it left a big bruise on my arm and took like 5 minutes of tugging to get it out because they used tools to do it, the second time I got it out I went to planned parenthood and they did it without tools and it was out in under a minute, left no bruise, and it didn't really hurt at all.
@damiensmommy1117, ok I am thinking about going and getting it out and just see what happens because I am so unhappy with it in. How was it getting it out?
@kelseychapman13
I got it out January 13th of this year and I conceived around February 19th of this year, so I got pregnant pretty fast. Lol
Yeah I hate mine and I only have had it a year and I am ready for it to get taken out. I got it because I thought my periods would stop. How long after you got it taken out did you get pregnant? Me and hubby are wanting to try and have another one soon
@kelseychapman13
Yes. Mine itched and would randomly burn and it was so sensitive that if it got touched it was really painful. It was like that the whole time I had it. It sucked. Lol
Ok because that is how I am. Did your itch in your arm and some times hurt?
@kelseychapman13
I still had one, but it was so irregular that sometimes I would go 4-6 months without a period.
@damiensmommy1117, Did your period stop or did you still have one??
@taishonnat, ok thank you so much I have been stressing so bad about it
