Taking diclectin for morning sickness.

I've been on diclectin for a few weeks and it does help, but I'll still occasionally throw up after I've taken it. The paper that accompanies it says it's effective after 2 hours, but even 3 hours in I'll be sick. Is anyone else taking this medication? How is it for you?

It's funny that you guys are recommending that schedule, because the pharmacist seemed surprised that I wasn't being instructed to take 2 at night. I think I'll give it a try. Thanks!

Try taking two at night, before bed. One in the morning, one around 2 or 3pm

I take it 3x a day, and I try to space it equally 5hrs apart- 8am, 1pm, then 6. I still vomit 5 days out of 7, which is, I guess, more than occasionally, but less than a lot per day.

It's really hard for the body to digest when the focus is on creation. The energy is spent elsewhere. The most helpful thing I've found is eating really healthy, easily digestible foods. Eating celery or fresh celery juice 1st thing in the morning stimulates good stomach acid (HCL) and gives a burst of supportive nutrients. I eat a lot of soups right now too!

It helps me not throw up 24/7 but still feel nauseous and will throw up maybe 1-2 a week.

I take the full 4 pills a day at fixed time everyday and i think thats really important since its time-delyaed medicine

Diclectin takes the edge off, but it's not a cure, unfortunately. So depending on how severe your sickness is, it may not completely take away the vomiting. What is the schedule you're taking it on?
