Exercise???
So I just found out I was pregnant with my 3rd and with my previous two I never exercised. I really want to go to the gym but I'm scared to even though I know it shots be fine... Having slight crampy feelings which are normal but I'm soooo nervous!!! Anyone else worked out and have been fine??? ?
I'm only four weeks, but I dance 3 times a week. When I was pregnant with my daughter I kept up with dance class and walking two hours a day up untill 3rd tri. Just do something easy, don't push yourself. Walking everyday for an hour (but go home if you get crampy) swimming is great when prego, I find it helps with cramps and aches and pain. Yoga is easy. A light dance class. You just need to keep moving, it doesn't need to be an intense workout to keep you healthy.
I was working out prior to pregnancy but since I found out I haven't been doing much . I've just been so freaking tired! I do have a fit bit though and get my 10,000 steps daily. After I clear working out with my doctor (I had a MC a month ago and am Leary) I may try to up the activity level
I was working out 5 days a week prior to getting pregnant and I am keeping it up for the most part. I have some days where I don't want to go at all but I usually just try to push myself. With my first, I started my pregnancy overweight and then gained an additional 40 lbs. I don't want to be anywhere near where I was last pregnancy so I know I need to eat healthy and keep moving!! Everyone I have spoken to (doctors and trainers/instructors) have said to listen to my body and workout according to what my body can handle. So far so good! That being said, if you were not active prior to pregnancy, talk to your doc before starting anything. Nutrition is very important too so don't discount that.
I'm in the best shape of my life and on my third baby. With my other 2 the doc said to just keep doing what I'd been doing before... Which at the time wasn't much! ? I just keep up with what I usual do. Unfortunately, I fractured a rib right around the time I got pregnant so that's putting a small damper on things...
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Thanks for the advice! I'll have to check that fit group out... I am by no means fit but try to go to the gym 3x a week for energy boost. I've also had surgery on both shoulders, so keeping them strong is important or I'm at risk for re-tearing. I'll have to check with my doc how heavy of weights is too heavy tho...
