Thanks for the advice! I'll have to check that fit group out... I am by no means fit but try to go to the gym 3x a week for energy boost. I've also had surgery on both shoulders, so keeping them strong is important or I'm at risk for re-tearing. I'll have to check with my doc how heavy of weights is too heavy tho...

I started a part time job right before I found out I was preg so I'm still trying to figure out a new routine. But during my last pregnancy I kept my same routine and worked out right up to delivery. It mad labor quick and recovery pretty fast.

I'm only four weeks, but I dance 3 times a week. When I was pregnant with my daughter I kept up with dance class and walking two hours a day up untill 3rd tri. Just do something easy, don't push yourself. Walking everyday for an hour (but go home if you get crampy) swimming is great when prego, I find it helps with cramps and aches and pain. Yoga is easy. A light dance class. You just need to keep moving, it doesn't need to be an intense workout to keep you healthy.

I was working out prior to pregnancy but since I found out I haven't been doing much . I've just been so freaking tired! I do have a fit bit though and get my 10,000 steps daily. After I clear working out with my doctor (I had a MC a month ago and am Leary) I may try to up the activity level

I was working out 5 days a week prior to getting pregnant and I am keeping it up for the most part. I have some days where I don't want to go at all but I usually just try to push myself. With my first, I started my pregnancy overweight and then gained an additional 40 lbs. I don't want to be anywhere near where I was last pregnancy so I know I need to eat healthy and keep moving!! Everyone I have spoken to (doctors and trainers/instructors) have said to listen to my body and workout according to what my body can handle. So far so good! That being said, if you were not active prior to pregnancy, talk to your doc before starting anything. Nutrition is very important too so don't discount that.

I'm in the best shape of my life and on my third baby. With my other 2 the doc said to just keep doing what I'd been doing before... Which at the time wasn't much! ? I just keep up with what I usual do. Unfortunately, I fractured a rib right around the time I got pregnant so that's putting a small damper on things...

I am 6+4 and have worked out 6 times a week. Check out the Fit Pregnancy group! Those ladies workout right until delivery. So inspiring.

I got the okay to workout a few days ago. I had been doing my slight workouts and walking before. Always always ask your Dr before starting workouts.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I'm sick of the way my body looks. I really need to find a diet and stick to it. And start working out. Anyone have an suggestions on how to loose tummy fat and upper arm flab. And good healthy cheap meals? I need to buckle down and just go for it. The only exercise equipment I have is a exercise ball, and going to the gym isint an option for me. If anyone can give me some suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
