So my sil is 14 wks preggo and had bleeding and fluid gush on Saturday, so at their u/s today they saw the baby was fine and healthy but there's no fluid around him... Her sack/water broke and if it doesn't re-seal, her baby won't make it. They have her 15% that it will re-seal, I guess they see this happen in their office once a year and there's no direct reason... I feel awful bc we were so pumped about being pregnant together... Exercise???

So I just found out I was pregnant with my 3rd and with my previous two I never exercised. I really want to go to the gym but I'm scared to even though I know it shots be fine... Having slight crampy feelings which are normal but I'm soooo nervous!!! Anyone else worked out and have been fine??? ?
