opinions from moms who have breastfed

I'm pretty sure I broke my toe and it hurts bad bad bad. I broke down and took a Percocet 5 that my husband had from his root canal because I can barely walk. Would you still nurse? He is mostly breastfed, supplemented with formula. Please no judgey comments. Just want to know if I should wait and feed formula or go ahead and nurse.

I had Percocet after my csection and breastfeed, Dr assured me that it doesn't pass through the milk.

Your fine to nurse! My hospital in Atlanta (delivers most babies in the country with best outcomes) routinely offers Percocet 5mg (1-2 pills) post birth, even with breastfeeding moms. Baby will be perfectly fine:).

Lady at WIC making me feel bad cause I want to formula feed & breast feed my baby, like it isn't my fault my chubby bunny eats 2x what I produce, & I refuse to let my child starve so yes I will formula feed him. 👀😒
