Teething Relief & Amber Necklace

I wouldn't recommend an amber necklace on such a young baby. My son started using his when he was nine months old and walking. Are you sure your lo is teething? You could try the teething necklaces that you wear

My 2 year old had her amber necklace on starting at 2 months, this baby at 6 weeks. I only use the ones with a breakaway clasp and that are knotted between each bead. I get them from inspiredbyfinn.com. With my 2 year old she only needed teething tablets when her molars came in. We didn't even notice most of her teeth coming in. My 6 year old was a heathen when cutting teeth I wish I would have known about amber then.

Some people put the necklace on baby's ankle when they sleep.

Yes, my sister swears by them. She gave me both an amber necklace & bracelet/anklet at the baby's blessingway, made herself to be safe with the knotting, etc. I'm going to start putting them on her because she is chewing her fist like crazy and drooling all over. She is 11 weeks.

I'm so conflicted about this! I've heard they work.....but I've also read some scientific articles that discredit them......not to mention the obvious choking hazard?!?!? #decisiondecisions

I put the Amber necklace wrapped 2x around his ankle and tucked in his sock bc I'm afraid of the choking hazard

Used them with both of our boys and will use one on our daughter, too. We wrapped it around their ankle when they were little. They are made to break apart if pulled and only one bead falls off at a time. They are small enough to pass through if eaten : ) I think they helped the boys!
