Pre-Seed For the ladies who have used Pre-Seed did you all use the recommended dose or less?

I used 1 gram. I tried 2 once (just to see if I needed more) and it was wayyyy too much! As far as the soft cups are concerned, look on YouTube! I still haven't tried it but it'll explain to you how to use one. ? (don't worry, it's not graphic but it does show you how to fold it properly and insert it) ?

Well the soft cup u insert it after bding and you can leave it in over night. It is suppose to keep the swimmers close to the cervix. I like it cause i can get up and shower and stuff without feeling like my swimmers will get away lol

Lmbo! I honestly don't know nothing about soft cups. I had never heard of them until joining this forum. It has gotten real! ?? I didn't know a lot of stuff until getting on here! ??

So I guess I'm a little confused as to how the soft cups come into play. What do you do with them? Was using the applicator enough? Damn baby making just got a little too real for me.

I haven't opened my package yet. Do you just insert it into you or did you ladies put it in a soft cup? I'm so confused and feel so dumb asking.

Been using it for 2 month now. First time i use the recommend dose but it was way too much. Now using around 2g

1 gram was plenty for us. Worked first cycle using it. And it was expired! Baby dust
