IUD advice..

Tell me the good, the bad, the ugly! Haha. I am trying to decide if I want to get an IUD after I have the baby or just use the mini pill. We plan on trying for baby #2 in about a year and a half. Any/all advice welcome, thanks!

Is IUD an option?

After this baby I want something secure that would prevent me from getting pregnant. Any of you ladies had an experience with copper IUD ?

Trying to hold out and not stress because I don't want my baby being premature. I want a healthy baby.

so I'm trying to decide what birth control to try after I have my baby girl and I was thinking about the IUD but my cousin says not to try it any advice on what to do or suggestions?
