So before i got pregnant i had finally lost weight to were i was under 200. I was sp excited i was about 190. Than i got pregnant and my final weight was about 245 so i gained alot for my 2nd. I am currently 218 and cant loose any weight and its partly because i cant stop the cravings and i know im no where near what im supposed to be at on weight and its just very depressing. Im nursing only so they say that will help. And my blood pressure has been increasing this last couple weeks im sure because i havent been able to workout cause i was having side effects to methedopa:( . sorry for this rant. Just been feeling really down, and unhealthy. I do eat pretty descent dinners like turkey instead of beef and organic chicken. But just stayed a constant weight.hope everyone had a good christmas:D!

I try to have a low sodium, low sugar and low carb diet. When I eat meat I do lean meats. This eating habit has helped me a ton.

I was lucky enough that found “Mummy magic weight loss tea”. In first 4weeks I didn’t notice any change but it did great with my digestive system. The real difference I noticed in 5th week and in next 4weeks I lost 23 pounds. This tea has changed my life. Still, I’ve to lose 7 extra pounds but hope I’ll get rid of them in less than next 4 weeks.

There are apps out there that can help if you’re serious about losing weight like MyFitnessPal and LoseIt. You put in your goal weight and it has a calorie goal for the day. LoseIt also gives you a timeframe for when you’ll be at your goal. You log everything you eat. In my experience, it wasn’t the main meals putting me over my goal, it was the snacks or drinks. You log exercise too, so if you go on a 3 mile walk, you get calories back and can have an extra roll or cookie at dinner. You have to be super disciplined but it works.

From my experience, my weight won't budge while breastfeeding and for many ladies like myself our bodies will hold into the extra weight as reserves for milk production, and then within a month after weaning the weight starts to come off so my only advice is to give it time and if your set to bf for a while longer than don't mess with your diet too much as that can ruin your milk supply, your cravings are still there cause it's what your body needs to make the milk.

Don’t feel bad! I feel the same way. I can’t seem to lose anymore than 15 pounds post baby. The thing you have to remember is you’re breast feeding. Breastfeeding takes a lot out of you and definitely does give you a whole lot of cravings. Give it some time. I changed my eating habits because I was so depressed and my milk supply has dropped drastically.
