Wedding invites
I'm about to order my wedding invites, getting married in April gonna send them out within the next month when would you ask for rsvp by?
OT - Wedding invitations Hi ladies,
Asking for donations for a wedding? Someone on my Facebook page has started a Go Fund Me, so that they can raise money for their wedding.
So I got invited to a wedding and it's $20 to get in.... Is that weird or is it just me ?
Wedding gift..? My friend is getting married on the 4th of April. I got the invitation today. In the envelope was a small piece of paper with gift ideas.
Be honest ladies, as a 27ish year old, would you like this as a wedding gift?

Most venues require to know exact number a month before the wedding so even 6/8 weeks before. I'm getting married in February and sending my invites out December xx

We sent ours in the Feb and asked for rsvp's by May for an August wedding, probably more time then needed but knowing what my family are like I wanted time to chase them plus being a summer wedding didn't want to leave it and people book holidays etc xx

I'd say end of Jan, loads of people forget to rsvp so you need to leave yourself time to chase people up too xx

Venue needs answer 3 weeks before wedding, we put rsvp at 4 weeks. Also, we are not doing rsvp cards. We have a wedding email, and want people to email their answer and choice of food. If we did cards, I would have chosen longer rsvp time, as things can get lost in the mail and many are coming from abroad.
