@ angelbump..very unhealthy..he monitors what i eat..he says i can eat whatevr i want after the baby gets here but until then only healthy snacks....ggrrr gets frustruating but glad he cares:)

Yes. Spicy is fine! Some people warn against it because of heartburn. Also, when you get close to your due date, there is a wives tale about eating spicy food to induce labor. But, I'm 39+6 & trust me... It does NOT work!

I crunch mine up an eat um with a spoon! Try andy caps. They are better than chettos!!

my husband brings me a small bag every once in a while on his way back from work :) i love them! ive always ate spicy food...the only reason they say you shouldnt have spicy stuff is because of heartburn and indigestion but if u dont get that go for it!

you're fine. nobody has ever suffered some crazy pregnancy problems due to spicy food. ny two year old son is big and strong and healthy, has been his whole life (thus far lol) and I ate flammin hot cheetos throughout my entire pregnancy... and I ate LOTS!!!

Ive been eating flaming hot cheetos my entire pregnancy and my lo is just fine I eat at least four or five bags a day lol I love them and they are sooo good its what I crave and hot wings with ranch my doctor hasnt said that it wasnt ok to eat them and im 29w 3d so have at it and enjoy lol yummmy!!!!!!!
