My baby is barely 3 days old and she latched on my breast so quick but she has a strong suck and she already made my nipples bleed and crack. I can't stand the pain anymore I've tried lanolin and pumping. I want to give up!! The lactation consultant said I'm doing good but need to keep going. Any tips. :((

is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤
Sooooo Athena has to have the surgery 😥😥😥😥 I've been bawling I'm a mess ! I can't believe this is happening to my poor child ! Why ? What did I do that caused this ? I'm seriously on my knees bawling ! As much as I tried to prepare myself, I wasn't ready to hear those words . In 3 months she will have her cranial surgery & I pray to God she has a easy & speedy recovery ! Please pray for my baby ladies ! She really needs them !

Just keep going, they say it gets better. I know it sucks. My boy has a tongue tie (getting it fixed today) and his latch hurts. So far, my nips are still in good shape. Just try to keep them dry. Is your milk in yet? Squeeze some milk out n rub them bad boys.

It's normal ! Your nipples are not used to the suction and moisture and they have to toughen up. I know the wincing pain as soon as they latch but it will go away! Just keep telling yourself I can do this for one more day. Eventually you'll stop saying it because the pain will go away

Same here, we are dealing with a lip tie. I use a shield to help with soreness and to stretch his upper lip. Be shirtless as much as possible and use coconut or olive oil on them and let air dry. Gel nursing pads in the freezer or refrigerator are my best friend right now. I was ready to give up and reached out to some friends. This was their advice and honestly, it made all of the difference! . Good luck!

I was prescribed jack newmans all purpose nipple ointment. It has worked wonders. My nipples were bleeding and it has worked wonders. I felt better within one day.
