Thank you pp☺️ it's just amazing how DF is more active in my pregnancy. I was scared he'd never warm up. Now he's been sending some pictures of things he wants to get Leo and he's been helping coupon for diapers and wipes, etc.

Aw congrats! A lot of time men get scared and nervous their first reactions and take a little time to come around. Glad to hear he's coming around Op:)

My SO is a stone wall. He shows very little emotion and when he does its still very forced. He was excited that I was pregnant, but was so upset when we found out that we were having a girl that he almost left. Seriously.

Eventually he came around, and one night I fell asleep and I woke up to him talking to my belly, telling our baby how scared he was but he was excited to meet her and that he loved her. It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen him do and it absolutely warmed my heart.

That's awesome that your SO is connecting with the baby. I promise once they're here, the look on his face there will be nothing better!

@grace he was really scared to have another kid because he doesn't see his son much. He was scared I'll try and take the baby away from him and I told him I wouldn't. It took a few months for him to realize that

That's how my SO was it happened slowly he never talked my belly (unless he was being a jackass messing around) but I noticed him touching my belly more and kissing it. It wasn't until DS was born did I see he really loved him. So happy for you and DF ?

My SO was/is the exact same way. And from what I've been told and what I have seen guys don't have the sincerity and preciousness of pregnancy and having a kid until they can physically see proof. The growing belly, swollen feet blah blah blah. Like my bump just started really coming out at 30 weeks and that's when I have seen the change in my SO. Now he walks in I get a hello and my stomach gets everything else ? so I know once the baby gets here he is just going to spoil the living crap out of them smh.

It's just amazing how he changed how he felt.
