Do you take your prenatals??
I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!

Most days yes, lately not as much plus I ran out. Until I get more I've been doing adult vitamins and iron.
I've taken them on time everyday since the beginning because I remember how fatigued I was during my first three pregnancies on the days that I forgot. Although 3 days ago I switched brands and they have made me pretty ill every day all day I'm nautious.
I couldn't take the ones with iron in them they made me really sick in the beginning so I took the gummies without iron in them but now I'm taking ones with iron in them bc I'm over morning sickness..

Update: I've taken them 6 days in a row without missing any. I feel like that's an accomplishment.
I take it every day. Try a different brand if you are feeling constipated by them. Also a daily probiotic really helps to get you regular. TMI.
I take them religiously along with iron supplements since I'm more anemic now than before.
I'm going to be so honest. With my oldest I took them religiously for the first few months and then stopped all together. She was born perfectly healthy. I have done the same thing with this pregnancy and my doctor says everything is perfect with this pregnancy
I always forget mine... When I have a problem not going for a few daisy, I take some of my fiber plus calcium prenatal gummies and it really helps..
I forget mine often.
Hey....tonight is a blue moon ;) let's take ours!
If a complete vitamin makes you feel nauseous then try only taking folic acid tablets. It's the most important thing in there for the baby and even with a good diet it's nearly impossible to get the recommended daily intake.
I take them everyday. I'm on blood pressure meds too so I haven't had a problem remembering to take them.
Prenatals, added folic acid, and heartburn meds right after I brush my teeth every night before bed. Haven't missed any.
Nope never! ?
I never took them last two pregnancies I tired they made me sick babies were still perfectly healthy last baby was 7pounds 8 ounces and this baby is already measuring a week ahead. My midwife just stressed a good variety of food
I was taking them religiously until 3 weeks ago. Now I forget them!! I don't get it
I've not missed a day, way too important!
I stopped because they were making me sick. My doctor actually told me to get your iron up as high as possible because if it gets too low you can have horrible issues after labor along with not being able to nurse..
Never took those pills with my two pregnancy, they make me feel so sick and depressed I don't know why... So... They are in my purse... And stay there...
I take mine every night. I leave them on the kitchen counter and take them when I get a glass of water for bed. I tend to feel more fatigue the next day if I don't take them.
I take mine every day. Once in a while I forget but I'm pretty good about remembering. I take CVS brand gummies. They are pretty good & they don't make me gag.
I make sure I take it at least every other day. Can't always stomach it, but figure that way I'm still being fairly consistent? I was better in the beginning!
Sometimes I forgot to take them, I leave the bottle on the table to keep it like a reminder but even that sometimes I don't take it :)
I take mine every night before bed. I keep them by my toothbrush so I remember.
No. Never, because I always drink water before I go to sleep so I always keep them on top of the counter. So everynight as I walk through the kitchen's door the first thing I see is the vitamins bottle then take one pill and go straight to get my water?
I just take Flintstone vitamins. Prenatal vitamins make me so sick. If I were to take prenatal everyday I'd never be able to leave my house and go to work.
I be forgotten to take mines I try to take them at night before bed if I forget to take them my mind be so bad
I took those pills for probably 2 weeks. ? They would make me even more nauseous. So even after my morning sickness/nausea stopped I haven't taken them. Baby boy is uber healthy without them!
After the first trimester I have forgotten all about them ?? my diet is aces tho so I'm not concerned.
I chug a huge glass of water in the morning and and always take my vitamin, prilosec, and vitamin c supplement. This way I am doing my baby right as well as starting my daily intake of water.
Then I get hubby off to work and head back to bed =) lol
I haven't been taking them or the folic acid. Yesterday the labor and delivery nurse updated my med list and I admitted I don't take them and she didn't say anything about it.
Prenatal pills made me so sick and my doctor would change mines so many times nothing work. So now my ob let's me take flinstones vitamin I take them faithfully everyday. Ask you ob for other options.
With my daughter I took the for a month and she came out find I just was a healthy eater with her also and with this one the same thing and he is doing great
Every day! I'm so glad to see so many other moms on here taking theirs too! It makes me sad when I see people say that they don't benefit the baby and only the mother.
While a lot of the vitamins do supplement the mother from what the baby takes there are key ingredients specifically for baby. Folic acid for one is something that most women don't get enough of in their every day diet and is key to help prevent neural tube defects in babies development!
Everyday ?
I take them every single day. If I'm in a rush in the am and have to get out of the house before a proper breakfast, I put one in my pocket and take it later.
I'm bad about taking my calcium though. Those are the ones I end up taking once in a blue moon!
Everyday with folic acid as well.
I take them faithfully. I forgot like twice. It is important for little one but it is equally important for you. Baby will pull what they need from you and your body will suffer too. Like hair falling out, bad teeth, breaking nails, organ function. I am sure a alarm will help good luck.
I take mine everyday and have since I got the positive result. I think I've forgotten maybe 3 times and now I take an iron pill with my prenatal everyday.
I take mine faithfully.... I just feel like it's the least I can do to make sure my baby is getting everything he needs.. I don't always get all the nutrients I need everyday.. So I feel like they are very important... Constipation is going to stay regardless of the pills!

Sad part is, they stay in my purse! And I still manage to forget.
I take them every night before bed with my fish oil capsules . If I miss a dose, I take it in the morning.
I always kept forgetting them so I brought them to work and now for some reason I always remember.
I haven't taken them in 3 almost 4 months.
I take preg vit folic 5 and need to take two a day.

My alarm is set! Y'all have convinced me. Lol
My doctor really stressed how important they are so I definitely make a point of taking it daily. I've never been good at remembering to take medicine until now that it's to help my sweet girl more than me. I agree with setting an alarm.
Yes. I can tell when I don't!
I set my alarm too. Without it I forget, period. Lol
Everyday after breakfast:)
I've forgotten lately I admit to taking them every day.
Set an alarm on your phone. I take mine every single day before bed. I don't know I remember it every night lol.

Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly. I feel like a bad mom already but I'm eating healthy well plenty and drinking lots of water. Can someone ease me? I've heard of moms not taking them and having a perfectly healthy baby.
I don't know how many times I've seen this on here but I would really like to make it clear that it takes about 5 or more weeks of being pregnant before you actually know you're pregnant...
Because I can't sit here and watch Bolt for the 8,000th time, let's take a trip down memory lane!
