I drink dandelion, nettle and peppermint tea all the time, helps to flush the system and peppermint helps wiv ms....

Otha grn teas still contain a sml dose of caffeine so dont over do it.... 💒💒

I've just heard its a big no no.. From my nutrition teacher so in the meantime I'm staying away from it.

It can counteract the effects of folic acid which is why people warn against it, but if your sensible in your consumption of it it shouldn't be a problem!

I think you are OK. 👇. I was worried about it in my first trimester after reading bad things online. I even went as far as giving my tea bags to a friend. I then asked my nurse and doctor and was told green tea is safe. I hope you enjoy it. 🍂🌻🍃🍁
