Daddy does better?
What does daddy do better than you with your baby or child/ children? If you're pregnant with your first, is there something that you think your SO will do better than you?

He can burp her better and is calmer than I am. LO has colic so when she starts crying at night and won't stop it makes me tear up, he usually takes over and gets her to calm down and finally fall asleep. :)
discipline, our two year old listens to him the first time while it takes me a few times and a threatened punishment such as going to her room etc, before she listens. this is something were working on.
he's better at putting our 11 month old to bed. she will rarely let me put her to sleep because she just wants me to cuddle her but will go right down for daddy
and right now, playing. usually, the kids and I are playing, doing arts and crafts and activities outside but I'm 38 weeks pregnant and it's soo much harder doing anything.
Nothing. I am supermom ;) nah...he is definitely better at playing the way our son wants to (dinkies etc)
Rough house. I play with our son, but it's not up to daddy's standards. Lol.
Swaddle. That's about it lol
He sure sleeps better than I do.
Discipline, although I've gotten rather good at it lately...also, he is very good at simplifying things for my son so that he understands. I'm not good at giving him age appropriate examples about life. My husband excels at this and can get on his level, whereas I sometimes get frustrated because he doesn't seem to get it when I try to talk to him like he's a little adult sometimes. But, I'm learning from my husband.
Sleep, he can sleep better than me xD
My 2 year old will NOT let me wipe her runny nose. She definitely prefers daddy. I think he's more gentle. Tooth brushing is also daddy's specialty when he's not at work. And he's great at rough housing with her. I'd rather sit and read her a book.
Bed time for sure. He's the only one that can get our 2 year old in bed, asleep without tears.
He burps our son better than me. I think I'm too chicken to pat his back firm enough. He's more creative with ways of getting our son to sleep, while all I have to do is pop a boob in his mouth or put him on my chest.
But I'm the best most things though cuz I'm mama
Discipline, bath time and playing
He can swaddle the heck out of dd2, I can never get mine to last more than 15 minutes. He can wrap up her up likes burrito and she won't move all
He has more patience than I do.
He is so much better at making her laugh than I am. I'm too afraid to be rough with her but he just throws her around (not literally), hoots and hollers, makes funny faces and does funny voices. Oh my gosh she loves playing with daddy! He could get her to fall asleep better at nights, too. I'm a sahm so I think she gets tired of me after spending all day together.
I wish there was at least one thing, but he's a big momma's boy

Bryson doesn't have a daddy, only a mommy. So mommy does everything best! (: I think even if that other piece of DNA hadn't cheated and stuck around, mommy would still be best, he's a complete mommas boy and I live it
DH is DS's best buddy. He does everything better in DS's eyes lol.
Discipline I'm to much of a softy if he says no it's just that no they can whine cry rant scream holler in his face and he just ignores it but me after about 10mins I am so riled up I either chose to bust a butt ( not really I threaten to spank until they run and be quiet) or I say OMG fine whatever do such and such or have such n such
Play with daughter...I'm more of the make sure you're clean, fed, well dressed, in bed on time, ready for school type. He plays and does the fun stuff. Which is fine with me!
Daddy's better at rough housing. At 30 weeks pregnant I can't barely get up off the couch let alone toss you around.
Uh...daddy is better at bath time right now since I can't lean over the tub.

Somehow, she never, never, never poops when he has her. She always saves it for me.

Take care of baby fingernails. It scares me to death and SO just does it. Also he is the baby wearer. Back problems keep me from being able to do it. And he can definitely walk the floor with him way longer than me when our lil guy can't be calmed down.
With our first daughter, rocking her to sleep. I couldn't get her to sleep. She was and still is a daddy's girl. With our youngest girl, feedings. When I give her a bottle, she squirms and kicks and it takes so long. But with him she eats it in no time.
Maiden or Married?? Which name do you honestly like better, your maiden last name or your married last name (assuming you changed it)?

Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what everyone else thinks or what a doctor tells you trust your body you know your body better than a blood test and a pee test and god will lead you to the right path

My SO is better at tidying up. He's not particularly into scrubbing things down but he puts all the toys and everything away much better than I ever do I normally half ass it lol.
