Is your pump older? I would maybe get a replacement part or call as a manufacture warranty. Doesn't sound like a problem with flanges but the part that it goes down in...or change the membranes maybe

Well you could always wake up to pump in the middle of the night...that will help keep your supply up....or just wear disposable nursing pads. I have both washable and disposable. But the washable would get soaked through overnight. Disposable has better absorption. Ahhh I wish I had that problem again! Lol my supply is on the decrease. But LO is 7.5 months so I've made it a long time!

Not sure about the pump thing because I've never had a problem like that but with the soaking when mine started sleeping longer stretches I would wake up in pain and rock hard boobs and sometimes wet, after about a week it just went away. I think my body adjusted it's self to his sleep. So either pump if it really bothers you or wait it out and it will adjust itself! :)

You can slowly decrease the amount you pump in the middle of the night. So if you used to pump 5 oz at a time...maybe for a few nights just pump and stop at 4, then 3, then slowly move down to nothing... That way you won't wake up soaked and you can start sleeping through the night soon.

This was from 20 weeks ago, and yes after a few nights I stopped waking up soaked. :)
