miscarriage in Jan but feel like I'm just grieving now
On January 16th I gave birth to my sleeping daughter at 17 weeks. I was supposed to be 20 weeks but her little heart had stopped beating over Christmas. I handled the situation well and took minimal time off work as I just wanted to get back to normal and stop dwelling on this horrible event.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had the same due date as you but had a MMC at 10w. It was also my first pregnancy. I'm so terrified of the date 6/6. I'm not sure if I'll feel OK or just relieved I'm beyond that date. And yes I'm having the same thing around me with people getting pregnant and some giving birth rightt around same time I was due. I wasnt as far along as you but i can relate to much of what youre feeling. All I can say is to feel what you feel. And try to gain support from your SO, friends and family and this group to work though everything. Its not easy but you are stronger than you ever thought you could be.

I want to try again though. The thought gives me goosebumps but I will give it a shot soon

Thanks so much ladies ❤ having other people understand how I feel is so reassuring, although also heartbreaking that you have had to go through this too.
I was desperate to be pregnant again before June to help comfort me through but it's not happened yet and I feel like that is maybe for the best as I am not emotionally stable yet (but will I ever be?). My SO is an amazing support but I avoid speaking to my family about this stuff as they were so upset when it happened and I think seeing me coping helped them accept everything.
I am so sorry for your losses and wish you many happy and healthy babies to come ??? xxxxx
