What were you afraid of?

What were you afraid of?

I can't sleep. So randomly I started thinking about things I was afraid of as a child, and it made me giggle. I was so afraid of chucky, I always thought if I shut a door, any door, I would be locked in for life and never be able to get out. If my mom made one wrong turn and said " s*** I missed the turn!" I'd start sobbing and screaming "we're lost!" (I was so dramatic), and I was beyond afraid of elevators. I didn't get on an elevator till I was 19. ?

☝@ashw - love it! My younger brother didn't like Santa either. I remember one Christmas our grandmother insisted he sat on his knee to tell him what he wanted for Christmas. He reluctantly sat down, pulled his beard (which was false), screamed, then ran off screaming 'Santa's not real!'

I was afraid of Santa. He just scared me. Some big fat hairy guy breaking into peoples houses eating their cookies and drinking their milk. I just couldn't handle it. My twin was afraid of the easter bunny. This was funny because it started when we were like 6. Our older sister took us to the mall and we walked by the easter bunny and my twin thought she would be funny and threw candy at him hitting him in the face and he chased her yelling lol she couldn't handle it anymore. Lol I think he couldn't handle it anymore prob not the first kid to do that to him that day lol

I absolutely hate dangling my legs on the bed when it's so dark under ! Nope ?????. I always feel like something or someone is under there . If I can have a huge bright light under all the beds in the house without looking like a psycho I would.

OMG I love that movie IT! I been trying to see it for the longest but can't find it no where. Although I love it I promise you I won't be going to sleep until I watch a comedy after

I for some reason was terrified of vampires. I would sleep with scarf around my neck so I wouldn't get bit and I stole garlic from my mom and had it under my pillow. Also was and still am terrified of spiders.

Voldemort! (from Harry Potter) I use to think he was under my bed (I slept on the top bunk) and if I didn't sleep right in the middle of my bed, he would reach up and pull me off to the side.

My BIL use to freak out whenever someone even had a water to drink while they were driving. Oh my god you're drinking and driving! Cut it out! You'll get in trouble!!

My sister was afraid of Queen Beryl (sailor moon) and was she sure lived in her closet. One night I stole her pillow for some reason, and for years she thought it was Queen Beryl!

Also remember going to see Steven King's film IT with a boyfriend and he scared me that night by jumping out a cupboard with a clown mask on! ?

I saw the movie scream when I was super young and I still fear going into the garage because of the scene where the kid goes to get beers and scream kills him and then the girl gets her head smashed by the garage door. ????

To this day I freak out!

I didn't have any funny fears, but my brother was afraid of fuzz. He says it's because he didn't know what it was. As the big sister I thought it was hilarious to show him every piece of fuzz I could find ?
