Last Day of Spring Break ?

I don't think I could handle homeschooling. I need a break from my children & my house.

Im not ready to go back. ? Spring break was AMAZING.

I'm doing well. I'm homeschooling my 3 boys and staying busy with my mom's group!

I’m a teacher and this is my last day of spring break too! My kids have been on vacation in Legoland with grandma all week and should be home in a few hours so I’m enjoying my last bit of quiet! Was hoping I would have the baby over break but looks like I’ll be back to work Monday! We also had 2 weeks off.

Oh no! That's terrible! We've had a really mild winter. Only a couple of big storms here. But it seems to be lingering. I'm ready for some warm play in the park days!

Your lucky, my youngest had no spring break this year due to all the snow make up days, she was really bummed about that!

@yaya, I'm doing the same except I only gave her a week because I forgot ?. I'm going to get her back into the cycle by having her go into her learning corner an 2 hours over the weekend, one hour each day.

Jelly, it's SO tempting, but I hate how much they lose over the summer. We are trying to transition to more of a year-round schedule. It's hard to do because we want to be off when everyone else is. So right now we're trying to get the best of both with a one and a half month summer break and then more breaks during the school year.

Ooh nice!! Lol id personally wanna end the school year early ?. But I’m sure an extra long break is nice too.

My sister teaches at a charter school and they have a 2 week Spring Break. They also have a 2 week Fall Break that I'm pretty jealous about! We do an extra week at the beginning of the school year and an extra week at the end so that we can have some "free days" throughout the year. We didn't use all our free days so we decided to extend our spring break instead of ending school early.

*We need to have 180 school days in a year.

Ds goes back on Monday. Two weeks off from school for a 3 year old is rough lol.

That's a long break! My boys only got Friday and Monday off.

That's a long spring break! My nieces only had Friday off in addition to their usual weekend.

2 weeks of spring break?! Is that normal? I thought it was only 1 week!! I’m so happy u had a great time!! Good luck come Monday morning trying to get the boys back into school!!!
