Peaceful parenting is so full of compassion! It's one of my favorite things about it. It teaches self awareness and self control in such a gentle and loving way.
This really spoke to me. I've been feeling like a failure lately. My patience has been thin and I have yelled way more than I would like to. I feel so guilty. I made a promise to always validate my children's feelings (something my parents never did). I want them to feel heard and understood.
