Period Cramps During Pregnancy??
This is my first pregnancy and I'm just curious about my cramping. I've heard and been told multiple times that it is normal to experience cramps that feel like your starting your period. Well. Here's my question. If I always had TERRIBLE cramping during my periods, would my pregnancy cramps, (that feel exactly like period cramps) also be a lil more painful?? Or should they still be pretty mild? Trying to figure out if the "little more than mild" cramping is normal!!

That pain that travels down your leg is sciatic nerve pain!! I see a chiropractor for mine if it gets bad. They adjust the muscle and I feel great :) but I had that and it got really bad before I finally figured out what it was! There are also stretches you can do that should help. Look it up! :) the stretches don't work as good as the chiropractor for me though I'm too flexible so I just can't seem to stretch far enough to feel something lol

My cramps actually aren't too bad now. Here and there I'll feel a lil twinge of pain for a second. But nothing like they were. It's really my lower back in having issues with. And the pain travels around to my hips and then travels down my legs lol.

I've always had bad period cramps. The beginning of my pregnancy up until about 20 weeks, I got horrible cramps similar to that of my period. They hurt bad. Im now almost 39 weeks. I think that its normal.

Ok. I'm just a worrier. I'm sure my cramps are "normal" but there has been a few here and there that make me question it lol and since my periods were always soooo painful, I thought maybe I'd experience a lil more painful pregnancy cramps. Thanks!

My cramps during my period were really nasty the first couple days, then tapered off for the remaining 2 or 3 days.
My cramps during pregnancy were a constant mild pain. Every once in awhile, they'd get bad enough to double me over, but I was also growing twins in a first timer uterus, so that may be why.

Should be light cramping. Not excruciating. Your uterus is growing so you're going to have some pain (not always true for everyone) I've had period like cramps. Even my va-jay-jay but was told don't worry. I was spotting a couple weeks ago and cramping went to e.r was told its normal but baby was fine and doing well. I'm 14 weeks.
