No worries. tmi is what this site is for! go to the hospital so they can check your dilation . I had contractions like that for 24 hours before I even got to 3cm dialated. I pray your labor be short and easy!

@mommytomaximus baby is coming soon 😉 a warm bath helps ease some of the pain. time them, if they're 5 minutes or less apart, last between 45 seconds to 1 minute then go to the hospital

while you have these pains, if you get up and walk if it still hurts they are contractions, try to time them, good luck hun

@queendavis, @sheneque1990 @threekings101415 alright I will use the app and time them and let you ladies know.. and I am 1 1/2 cm dilated I got checked Wednesday.. 😐 so hopefully these aren't fake contractions though but it does feel like I'm gonna start my period 😫

yes @mommytomaximus those are contractions he is pushing down when they are five mins apart that's when you go to labor and delivery are you dialted

The app should tell you but yeah you click start or whatever when the contraction starts then you click end when it's over. Then a new one comes and you click start again, and so on. And it'll tell you how long each contraction is and how often you're having them. If they're under 7 mins apart then you need to go to l&d :)

Well it sounds like contractions. Do you have the contraction timing app? Get it and time them. Take a warm bath and if they don't go away then you're in labor!

when I had that problem with my last son it was contractions I took a warm shower and that's when my water had broke
