Clear spit up My little one has started to spit up clear. Anyone know what it is?

Foremilk is the thinner more "watery milk" that comes out first before the hindmilk. The foremilk has less fat and is thinner than the hindmilk. My baby also spits up clearer spit up when we go too long between feedings. Like if she sleeps for a long time and my breasts are very full and firm and then she eats she almost always spits up the clear foremilk. It only happens if I go too long between feedings cuz I guess I have more foremilk built up or something. We are usually eating on demand most of the day so my milk never gets clear unless I go too long between feedings. So if you're breastfeeding I'd definitely say the clear stuff your little one is spitting up is foremilk. If you google foremilk and hindmilk it will explain it more.

What is that?
