Guys it's bad (long sorry)
Guys it's bad (long sorry)
Idk where to put this so imma just put it here. Last March, I overdosed. I was heavy into drugs and over did it one night. But I was doing this because I was depressed. I went to a mental hospital for a month and i thought i was good. It was hard but I stayed clean for almost 10 months which i was happy about. I recently started cutting again. It's not as bad as it used to be but still. My 'best friend' came up to me about a week ago and told me she hated me and that I should just kill myself. She knew that I had already tried so I dont understand why she said that. But anyway idk what to do. Should I talk to my therapist about going back or just keep it to myself? BTW; if you guys say I'm doing it for attention you are SORELY mistaken. I always hide it whatever I do this so please don't say 'oh, you're just doing that for attention' because I do have mental problems and that would upset me. Thanks

First of all, put down your blade. I know it's hard baby girl, but put it down, and while your at it, throw it away and throw all of your drugs away too.Second of all, you should ALWAYS talk to someone. Consider a few therapy sessions. Third of all, forget about your 'best friend'. She's obviously not your best friend if she's does that. She's just a f*** ing b**** . You deserve WAAAYYY better than her. You are a beautiful person. If you ever need to talk to me, I'm here. Stay strong bby??

Adult Advice
Speak up to your parents and let them know what's going on.
Also, I hope you demoted this 'best friend" of yours to a nothing: she's not a friend at all.

You're better than the blade baby.❤️ Im a former self harmer, I know your struggle. You're "best friend" needs to cut that out, she doesn't know what your going through to the right extent. You should tell you're therapist, that's what they are there for. I'm also here if you would like to message me anytime. Stay strong.

The people who tell you you do it for attention are flat out jerks.
Anyways, I think you need to go to your doctor about being put on medicine for the depression.
If that doesn't work then tell your counselor about it.
As for your "Friend", just ignore her. If she had the nerve to say that to you then she's not worth being around and not worth your time. If she were your real friend then she would be helping you get better.
