high chair
Do any of you put baby in high chair yet my daughter leans to the side when I put her in it she always wants to sit up tho everytime she's laying back she lifts her he'd n pushes her arms back to try n sit up does ur little one do this?
Baby won't bear weight on leg I have a walking 10 month old and she has been extra fussy yesterday and today. Today I noticed she didn't really want to crawl, she would just cry until I came and picked her up. After I fed her, I tried setting her down to play with her big sister and she just started crying and wouldn't put any weight on her left leg. She will put weight down on her right leg but then just cries until you pick her back up. I thought maybe she just didn't want to be put down (as baby's often do). I tried a few more times over the next 30 minutes and she still won't put any weight on it. I had a meeting (I work from home), so I took her upstairs to my husband. She is now playing with her siblings and happy, but he text me (from upstairs) and says she still won't put weight on it. She is just sitting there playing.
How do you moms get anything done around the house??? My baby only wants to be held. If I put her in the walker: she cries, if I put her in her swing: she cries, if I put her on the floor with toys: she cries, if I put her in her high chair: She cries. But as soon as I carry her she's all smiles and giggles. Help me :( I don't know what to do. Btw she takes very short naps :(
I love how I repeatedly told my father in law not to let my daughter root through the toy box because she doesn’t want anything out of it anyway and he keeps picking her up and taking her to the toy box no matter how many times I tell her no and tell him she doesn’t even want anything out of there anyway. At first I told him “only let her get one toy” so she picks one up and he is still holding her over the toy box then tries to put her over the baby gate so she can grab more. I’m sorry but you aren’t the one that has to pick up all these toys. You aren’t the one who has to put them back. He never picks up toys. Everyone wants to get the toys out for her out no one ever wants to help me pick them back up. The fact that I said not to let her get anything out of the box more than 5 times really pisses me off. You may be her grandparent but you aren’t her parent. So now I have mass toys to pic up on top of the toys she already had out from this morning
What do you think about the chair? I mean should she be in it if she doesn’t know how to crawl and sit on her own yet?! I just want her to do the sitting and crawling on her own, without the support devices

I do not put her in the high chair yet but I can tell she is trying to use her stomach muscles to pull herself up.

I do. I have a graco one that leans back and has a harness like a car seat so when I need to do dishes and such and she is awake I put her in it.

I have the graco one too but I'm using the second piece and she leans over a bit she never wants to lay back

Not recommended for unassisted sitting until month 4, but when we do it will be the same portable high chair and Fisher Price assisted seat brother used ☺️. ✨?✨

We don't even have a high chair yet. Since we won't need it until at least six months, maybe later, we're waiting to get one. There's no sense in shuffling it around for months on end. I use the rock n play everywhere in the house.

We started putting my first in the high chair when she could sit so she could sit with us at meals. She did not get food until she was 6 months but it was family time.

Yes my daughter will be 4 months in two weeks but she wants to sit up so bug n even in her sit me up seat she leans to the side I love her high chair it was a rocker and infant high chair and she just bout growing out of it and ready for the actual high chair

I use mine already mine lays back also . It's an awesome thing
