This is so sad and scary! Every child should be safe at school!

It's so horrible! I feel so bad for everyone! I don't understand how he even got into her classroom. The security should have been much better. At my school if someone wanted to come in the front desk would call and I would have to personally escort the person throughout the building and into my classroom. Obviously something could still happen but with heightened security a potential attack might not happen. My heart breaks for those poor kids!

a man shot and killed his wife of only a couple months. the children were behind the teacher when the husband starting shooting.

One of the kids passed, my heart goes out to his mother.

I've already told SO that unless a lot changes in the next 4 years, DD is not going to public school, I'm hoping to home school. I can't protect her prom the world forever, but I can protect her from this

This makes my anxiety about ds starting school so much worse. It's so freaking sad. This world is horrible ??

How could any person target children ?
