white elephant ideas
My family is doing a white elephant gift exchange for the adults this year.
Are you doing gag gifts?
I bought a box of Life cereal and took the bag of cereal out. Stuffed the box a little then put a bottle of tequila in it and topped it with lemons (so it looks like it's full of lemons only) and a card that says "When life gives you lemons, slice those suckers up and find some tequila."
ETA: got the idea off of Pinterest.
If the white elephant is a silly one then I'd go with a goofy pic of you or your spouse printed on a pair of socks or a mug. It's the gift that keeps on giving really.
For a more serious gift, I would go with something practical like a cucumber.
Okay, so maybe I only participate in silly white elephant gift exchanges.

i finally let him do it
I finally let DF throw away my foundations. He says I look better without it. He said he hates seeing me cover my face with make up when I can just wear mascara and eyeliner. He says it makes me look fake and he said he's not saying it to be mean, hes saying it because he cares. Im glad he's real with me. He says I have natural beauty. He says he doesn't like it when I dye my hair or wear make up because he loves my natural beauty. I know some girls feel as though that t...

Of course this is an extreme case of “picky eater” but on a smaller scale, kids shouldn’t be “picky” eaters. I have never and will never make 2 meals for my sons. They have a well balanced meals and will learn to eat everything regardless of the texture, I’m not raising a “picky” eater
