I got one of those for my 1st baby shower like 8 yrs ago and it mostly just sat on the drawers. Sometimes I'd put a little on her clothes but never on the skin

In the Philippines we have all kinds of baby cologne. I do find it weird because babies already have their own intoxicating smell
