Going Home Outfit
What size clothes is everyone packing for the babies going home outfit? I have a newborn outfit picked out but I’m worried that if she’s more than 8 pounds it won’t fit her.

Aww i had to bring preemie clothes with both of my babies. My daughter was 5lb9oz and my son was 4lbs2oz :( I'm not sure how big my 3rd love will be. So I will bring 2 preemie 2 nb and maybe 1 0-3

My girls were 7-02lbs and 7-10 lbs and my boy was 8-11 lbs and all wore newborn clothes a couple of weeks.
I bring a few jammies and a going home outfit. They usually loose a little weight in the hospital because some of that is fluid. I also bring the Muslim blankets I love and I scented baby wipes ?

I'm packing newborn outfits only. My son was born at 38w3d and he was 6 lbs 3 oz and wore newborn for a month. I'm going to guess that baby girl will be on the smaller side as well being that my OB has scheduled a c-section at 39 weeks.

Pack preemie just in case! I was told my son was over 8 lbs but he came out 5.6lbs!!

I will pack newborn and 1 month size. Cuz i am not sure how my baby would be.

Only packing newborn. My babies are never that big and I hate for it to seem as the clothes are too big for them.

I always get 0-3 months outfits just so the baby can wear it more then a month. It works better for me that way. Even if its to big because most of my kids were long. Thin but long 19-21in.

I'm taking 3 newborn outfits and 3 0-3 months ones. My first born was BARELY able to fit newborn so I figured it wouldn't hurt to take a few spares just in case.

I’m taking two options just in case:
So one small newborn (5-10 lbs) and one 0-3 months (8-14 lbs) that’s a little bigger

I picked out newborn size since I don’t think my twins will be 9lbs like my last baby was lol

My baby will probably be tiny. So preemie and newborn will be in my bag.

I packed 1 newborn footed onsie, 1 newborn outfit & 1 0-3 mos outfit.

I will bring a premie and a newborn size. My last was 8.8 and newborn footed onesie was still a tad bit big.

Premie. My babies are little?

Both my babies were over 9lbs and fit newborn but were swimming in 0-3 I’d definitely bring a newborn outfit and not worry unless baby is predicted over 11lbs

Thanks everyone! I’m pretty attached to the newborn outfits I got but it looks like I’ll pack a few 0-3 months just in case.

I have a newborn outfit (onesie, pants, and a sweatshirt), but also bringing preemie onesies that match just in case. I figure I can work with the pants and sweatshirts if they’re a little big.
I’m carrying twins, so they tend to deliver a little smaller.

I usually pack NB and 0-3 but with my last two kids both wore NB for the first month. My husband isn't a big guy and I'm not really all that large of a woman myself. I'm definitely counting on the fact that my baby will wear NB so that is all I'll pack

New born and 0-3 months that’s what I packed

I have 00000 clothes ready as my bub is small (will be around 4lb 10-12oz) my last bub was similar and in 00000 for 6 weeks ❤️

All of my babies have been on the bigger side, so I packed 0-3 month for clothes!

All of my 3 nieces were between 8 and 9 lbs at birth and still wore newborn size clothes and diapers. I have both newborn and 0-3 months outfits packed though.

Always bring new born and 1 month clothes
