Me. I'm so bummed and am majorly depressed about it. I'm trying to enjoy our last week together but it's so hard when I feel like I'm deserting him soon.

Yea I go back next Monday and I have to work 10 hours that day. I'm sad about leaving her cause I feel her dad is not ready to take care of her. It's like she knows I'm leaving soon because she has been super clingy lately. Ugh America needs better rights for working mothers because 12 weeks is not enough time. Psychologists say the first two years of a child's life is the most crucial. Ugh my baby

The first few days are hard. It gets easier and it's great when they are happy to see you. I went back after 6 weeks.

I go back Monday too. Super bummed about it! I love my job, but I love being home with my baby more.

Monday for me too...I just want to cry ? I have done this before with my first so I know everything will be okay--it just takes time to adjust. It sucks tho and Monday I will just cry in my office all day...

I hope no one asks me how I am at work because I'll probably lose it! I have comfort in knowing my mom is watching her all day at my house though. I feel like it was just yesterday I found out I was pregnant and now my leave is already up! ?

Me too!! And I too am thankful that I get to leave my kids with my mom or my husband (firefighter shift work) and don't have to take them anywhere but still hard :(

Totally feel Bmoss on that, but I need the benefits for her and my son. I work for Washington university in St. Louis and their benefits are great. Plus come Feb I would have been there 6 years and my son is a freshman in high school so the tuition benefit will help. I just America had better laws for working mothers. My husband is an independent contractor and work really depends on the season, so yea I'm going to cry!!! ?????

I went back last week as my 12 weeks were up. I work 12 hour days (3 days a week) I'm not going to lie - it sucked! My lo went from sleeping 8 hrs straight to waking every 2 hours. When I got home she was so tired. My mil is in town for 2 weeks and she said she couldn't get her to sleep well or much. Super irritated bc I have a pretty easy lo just have to make sure she's not awake longer then an hour and a half and sleeps great. Think she listened to what I said? No!! I just want to yell at her and tell her leave now!
