I should be sleeping.
Dh just got home and sent me to take a nap while dinner finishes cooking. I realize I have an entire hour to myself so I start scrolling BB to unwind. I should be napping but I can hear Dh and our 6 weeks old lo out in the living room. I'm totally eavesdropping but I can't help it. My heart is melting listening to Dh talk to Lo.

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
