My lo is 4 days old and ebf. He had a hard time latching to the right side so I've been using the nipple shield the hospital gave me. He latched on just fine to the left side. However today it's like my nipples have gone completely flat and now I have to use the shield on both sides. I have an appointment with a lactation specialist next week. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

Sounds like your boobs are super engorged causing them to stay flat. Overtime they will pop out. Mine were like that at first now it looks like in freezing all the time.
