Live in south texas and mine was $350 this month. Its usually that high for july and august then drops back down the cheapest bill I've had in this house was $80 and thats either for october or march/april when its nice enough to leave the house open 24/7

Omg. We use ac from about 6 pm to 6am.ours last month was 150. In assuming it will be a lil higher this month :/ I can't wait for winter

I'm also in Southern California. Your bill is pretty normal, OP. Im in the inland empire. We had one month (usually August of every year) that was $395 in one month. :( All air conditioning from this 108 degree heat. My last one for this month was thankfully down to $185. Winter is awesome because its between $30-50.

Mine gets close to 400 in pheonix during the summer. So stupid. I'm moving to new construction. My friend has a house twice mines size and a pool and pays 250

Haha, you're good! I think it's pretty ghetto too. ;) I used to live in blossom valley which was pretty nice, but now hubby and I live in a tiny apt in spring valley. So, no offense taken! I can't wait until we can afford a house somewhere. And I can't wait for cool weather. Just two more months til we have "fall"!

Yikes!!! Half solar ? That's awesome! I have a pug so during this heatwave we keep the a/C running pretty often. And I work swing so I'm sleeping from 4 am to noon every day. We have a wall unit in the living room and point fans down the hall. It's pretty ghetto but we DO live in east county. So we fit right in ! Lol
