baby dropped already
So last week I was having Braxton hicks/contractions I found out by my doctor that the baby had dropped already I was 31 weeks. I just wanted to know if its normal early on to happen and some others opinions/experiences?
I am 28 weeks and my son is already 3 pounds. I am inducing myself at 37 weeks.
Mommas: how big was your baby? How many weeks did you have them? And csection or vaginal? Asking bc my baby is 32 weeks 5 days and already 5lb
Doc says I'm still 2cms and I'm about 60-70% softened but baby hasn't dropped completely and I just wanna cry like if she hasn't dropped all the way then why does my pelvics feel like this somebody help how do I get this baby to drop more 😞🤦🏽 ♀
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Does it look like I have dropped already ?

Following. Found out today at 30 weeks baby is engaged and resting on my cervix.

Completely normal! With my first baby, she was head down by 22 weeks and I went overdue and had to be induced at 41+5 as she just didn't wanna come out.
This pregnancy, baby has been head down since my 20 week ultrasound, I've dropped and he's so very low. I'm almost 34 weeks now. It's not a sign that you will have your baby early. Baby can be head down and engaged and dropped for weeks before you go into labor.

Very normal happened on all 4 of mine now due in 6 days now. ?

Baby dropping is different then head down it's when the baby is positioning it self in the vaginal canal as long you're not dilated or thinned out your fine did they give you a number like -1 or somthing

No they dident they had just given me a cervix check and said he had dropped and could feel his head and that it was dimpled not quite yet dilating.
