Week by week

I haven't weighed myself since last week, but I was around 185ish, give or take a pound from day to day. 6 weeks pp now. Focusing more on diet but I'll do strength training a few days a week with yoga once a week. Wednesday and Thursday will be cardio. ? Ready to lose the weight!!
