So I have a homemade peach cobbler on my counter....I'll eat a piece for you!

I have been keeping track on my water intake and keeping it high. I'll have to try the music, I never thought of that!! :)

Make sure you drink lots of water! When I'm dieting I find water and coffee help curb the hunger, I just down a big bottle so my tummy feels full.

I also put my headphones in and listen to music for 5-10 mins to try and keep my brain busy

I would be half bummed if I found out I was pregnant right now. I've been working so hard to lose all this baby weight. That's how it ended up finding out about my second pregnancy ??

My body fought to lose weight with how hungry I was breastfeeding. By the end of it i wasn't really losing so I jump started on my work outs.

I lost 17 pounds then I found out I was pregnant yesterday. I was doing so good.? I will gladly eat all the food for you today. ?
