Holy sweet relief!! ? I thought my boobs were going to fall off.

I'm EBF so I don't tend to pump as often, but I do try to pump either before a feeding or after. I'm thinking it's just because I'm only making enough for my son and not much extra.

With my son, I did get relief but I was pumping every 2 hours bc my breast would hurt and i would get clogged ducts often. I didn't know at the time i was making it worse by pumping so often to relief the pressure. I'm also an ep, so what works for me may not work for those that can latch.

What's an over supply? Where you never get relief

I pump for a full 30 minutes. That's how long it takes me to empty since I have 3 let downs. I wouldn't say you have supply issues, some people just don't respond to a pump well. Have you tried different pumps or making sure your flanges are the correct size? Power pumping can help as well. Just be careful not to get an over supply ?
