First postpartum period.
Tmi warning blah blah blah... Whatever lol the title pretty much says it all. I just starting spotting and I'm cramping like a sob. What was everyone's like? Worst than pre pregnancy? I know everyone is different obviously, but more or less just trying to figure out the norm. I'm only 7 months pp and pumping with one formula bottle a day. ??? I feel like I've been cheated!!

I feel so played. I'm breastfeeding with maybe a 4 Oz bottle of formula every other day. I'm almost 5 weeks pp and started my period yesterday

The first one reminded me of labor. But the next one seemed regular to me, not much different then before I had DS. I didn't get mine back till 9-10months pp though. An we are now 13 weeks with #2! So I only had 2 periods in between.

Mine have been so much better than pre pregnancy ones. They don't really hurt but the flow is still the same. The cramps before were awful and now not really. The very first was not bad at all

You could try your diva cup but it might leak... maybe not? Try it and see. Before I was pregnant I loved using the softcups (they're like disposable diva cups) and they make larger (? Or different sized at least) for women who have had children. I love them!

I had my daughter January 9th of this year. Bled for 5 weeks. Had my first period on February 26th. It was soooooo heavy. I thought they were joking when they said it would be very heavy. Lol they weren't.
But after that periods were actually lighter flow then pre pregnancy. No cramps, no PMS. And they were on time. Every 26 days. For like 5 months. Then they changed by a couple days like pre pregnancy.

I currently have my first one and it's horrible. My cramps are terrible and I keep alternating between barely bleeding and bleeding a bunch. Definitely worse than any period I got before I was pregnant. I hope it gets better. ?
