You mix 1 cup water, 3 and 3/4 cup sugar, 1 and 1/4 cup light corn syrup, 1 teaspoon red food coloring. Boil it until you get to 300 degrees and then add 8 teaspoons of cinnamon extract. (2 teaspoons if it's cinnamon oil) then pour onto cookie sheet lined with buttered parchment paper. Super easy :)

I've had Red Hots and they are tasty, but I've never heard of this. Do you literally melt Red Hots to make it?

Omg it's the best thing ever! It's cinnamon sugar hard candy :) it's so so so good! You put powdered sugar on it to make it sweet.
