Day 1 of my diet
And I'm DYING! I am doing the body reset diet with the smoothies for 15 days and you get to add on meals. But not being able to eat stuff and drinking smoothies is killing me. I get two snacks a day that I can eat but I really want something good! :( I can do this and be fine, just have to get through the first couple days!
If i can't hear myself munching im not satisfied. Smoothie and drink diets never worked for me.
Find a texture and consistent you're craving and go for a healthy version of it. Ex. Instead of potato chips go for wasabi peas. Crunchy, flavorful and healthier.
Also, don't drink your calories. Coffee with sugary creamer. Lemonade. Soda. Those calories add up the fastest.
Don't be too stingy on the calories or you'll gone up. Work out an extra 20 minutes if you want that extra snack.
Celebrate small victories. Buy yourself a small gift for small goals. Buy yourself a big gift when you reach your big goal.

Yeah this is a 15 day diet and you get snacks in between the smoothies like pears and turkey, apples and yogurt. I just need to eat so I'm going to start cutting out bad stuff my stomach is killing me! Horrible gas cramps and I hate it so I am going to go get a salad and at least I tried haha
