So the same neighbor I have complained about before is now doing this. So he was gone for like 4 days and I didn't know where he was at I assumed he took the dog with him. No this a******* left his dog in a cage in the garage with nobody coming to his house to take care of it at all. So the dog is so skinny from the last couple weeks apparently of him not taking care of it because it used to be healthy and looked like a good dog. Now it's Skin and Bones and he had to take out the cage and spray it out in the entire cage was nothing but dog poop and pee with no food or water in the cage. I am furious and wanted to ask you guys who I should call to take care of this. Sorry for any grammar or punctuation errors I just left my house and I'm talking into my text.

Yes! I was just about to update! So the cops were there earlier again (have been the past two days) He got kicked out by the cops tonight and his ex wife moved back in the house. She has taken over everything and he has to pay a fine for neglect of the dog, she now has the dog and took her to the vet two days ago and she looks fine (as the vet says), started her on some kind of food to make her gain weight. She was giving her a bath outside earlier also. Apparently he has trashed the house and left for days at a time binge drinking. So good news is that the dog is fine, the husband is out of the house per the cops and she got full custody of their son.

Do whatever you can to get this dog out of his care. If it was my neighbour I would probably walk over and take the dog myself and gladly deal with any repercussions. I hope you can get through to someone to save him. Please keep us updated! Good for you for not ignoring it like some "people" would do. You're a good person!!
When I made the post I had just left. When I got where I was going I called. I just wasnt sure because I couldn't call animal control they wouldn't do anything with another neighbor a year or so ago, because the dog wasn't out. Thats why I was asking. I called the non emergency and they gave me to the humane society and they will keep in touch. I do have pics of the living situation also.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??

so i txted my bd an told him i might wanna move the shower to the park instead of his sisters house because of our arguement an he ignored me so now i will ignore him an not tell him when the baby actually comes. am i wrong??
