Making crock pot baked apples :) mmmm can't wait for them to be done!!

I think I did a half cup of each and mixed together then just put as much in the core as I could.

I swore this was the top of a babies head as they were being born. Hmmmm pics are deceiving before ya open them.

You take the cores out and then mix butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Put the apples in the crock pot with the filling inside and then put apple juice or apple cider in the bottom of the crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours and then serve with ice cream :)
