3 months pp. How do I get rid of this pooch!!!

Комментарии

Do you have a diastasis recti (separated abdominal muscles)? If you do, crunches are the exact opposite of what you should do. They will only make it worse. There are other exercises you can do to bring the muscles together.

In any case, you're only three months postpartum. The pooch will go down on its own as you continue to lose weight. I'm seven months pp and it's been gradual, but I'm three pounds from pre-pregnancy weight. Nine months on, nine months off!

It took more than 30 days to get there, it takes more than 30 days to get rid of it. Keep up your hard work.

You can do crunches until you are blue in the face but it will make no difference until you do cardio to burn that outer layer of fat off. And eating right will make a huge difference in itself. Drink more water , cut out breads and pastas , ect. Nothing will happen overnight. Im on a weightloss journey as well. Goodluck op !

Keep doing the 30 day shred and push yourself as far as you can. By the time you are done you will see the difference.

I've been eating a lot better, and doing the 30 day ab and booty work out. Also the 30 day shred and I feel like there is no difference.

Working out and eating right. You would need to do both cardio and strength training.
