Lol! We have a lot lf those in oklahoma. And even some people who will ride their horses or lawn mowers through the drive thru. When I was younger there was a man in our town who could walk a little but barely, anyway he didn't own a car but owned a golf cart and drove it on the highways, after tons of near misses the town had to ban him from driving his hold cart on the roads lol

Lmao. When I was back home in KS there was a motorized chair in front of me in a parking lot that was swerving all over and when I finally got the chance to pass her I could see she was texting and driving. Hahaha.
