Societal culture is defined as, "the norms, attitudes, and values of a particular society."

When we add the two we get, "an inclination toward a particular characteristic or type of behavior, based on race which is part of the norms, attitudes, and values of a particular society."

Racism is everywhere and it always will be and that's just a cultural norm, as terrible as it is.

I'm a Caucasian female and when I was with my boyfriend, who was African American, the looks we got were just awful. That was from mostly older adults of course since interracial relationships are becoming more accepted among the younger generations, which it should be.

I'm not saying I'm a racist, because Im absolutely not and that's not what I was trying to say. But everyone has racial tendencies whether you make a judgement on a person, good or bad, based on their skin color.

I think it's probably that gun ownership rates are highest in more rural areas, and rural areas also tend to have more racism. It's not causation, but coincidence.
