Hoping for good news
Anybody have a 23 weeker that did well? My cousins GF went into Labor yesterday and if she can make it to midnight (23 weeks) will try to save the baby girl. She lost one before meeting my cousin at 19 weeks so i am really hoping this baby will be ok. I had a premie but was a late term premie at 35 w 6 days so luckily didn’t need nicu but looking for advice to them. Thanks

Update. Their baby is doing great and was 1 month old yesterday. Crazy considering baby wasn’t due for almost 3 months still
I had a 24 weeker, she is now 1 and the most beautiful thing I have ever laid eyes on! Nicu was up and down rollercoaster, lots of tears prayers and long nights. Every second was worth it. Nothing more amazing than seeing a baby born too soon, have more fight than any person I've known.

Hey! Im a mother to a 22.4 weeker. She just turned 3 on Jan 7th. NICU stay was for 5 months....she had common things n preemies such as brain bleed breathing tube n all the that but for most part she did EXCEPTIONAL! They describe her as the baby that laid n the NICU to grow before their eyes bc she really had no SERIOUS issues. Better than n e dr wud of expected as i was given a no chance of survival while n labor. As a 3 year old, we r walkin talkin countin learnin colors goes to daycare learnin school n all! Works youtube better than me! ? We’re just slow about goin to ? for mommie n daddie but does well for daycare n panties ALL day! Mayb soon she’ll do better wit it at home.....i blame daddy! He spoils her rotten n gives her the pullup wen she asks for it. We literally have had no issues n the only therapy she did was about 3 weeks of speech therapy that they took her out of bc they said she didnt need. No occupational therapy or none of that. Baby was born today 23 weeks 2 days (but maybe her date was off because was 1 lb 5 oz). Hoping for the best for this sweet baby girl. So far she is doing ok in the nicu.
